With our ever increasing fast-paced lives, the stresses of everyday as well as physical activities can put a lot of pressure and tension into our hips, causing tightness and discomfort.  In this workshop we will focus on postures (asanas) which will help release any tightness, discomfort or pain in the hip area.

The asanas may be held and explored deeper than in our one hour yoga classes, they may feel intense however the release you feel afterwards will be worth it!

This workshop is for all levels of yoga practitioner.
