For many yoga students, back-bends are challenging both mentally and physically, creating an element of fear.  Taking it slowly, safely, with patience and compassion towards your body, back-bending has a multitude of benefits.

In this workshop, as well as exploring asanas focusing on strengthening and increasing flexibility in the back, we will look at opening the front of the body; working on the core and opening the shoulders, which will help free the spine.

This workshop is for all levels of yoga practitioner.
